About Stephanie
Stephanie Coffey is an award-winning filmmaker based in Quinte West, Ontario. Her feature project, You Can Have It All (At The Mall), was recently selected for the Female Eye Film Festival’s Live Pitch Competition, marking an exciting step in her transition to feature filmmaking. Stephanie crafts hauntingly beautiful narratives centered on women, exploring themes of identity, trauma, and the complexities of the human condition. Her latest short film, We Should Really Do This Again Sometime, is a tender dramedy about two estranged friends reckoning with who they’ve become. The film won Best Short Film at the Munich New Wave Short Film Festival, and her previous work has screened at the Inside Out Film Festival.
